Following a very successful design and fit out project on the 2nd floor, Zentura were approached by Alteryx to replicate the design across the newly refurbished CAT A grade 3rd floor which they had just taken due to rapid growth in the company.
The brief was to replicate the design as closely as possible but to keep the 2nd floor as the main client and staff collaboration area – the 3rd floor was to consist of more cellular offices for directors and the HR team.
Everything from flooring and glazed partitioning to a complete new data infrastructure and new office furniture throughout was installed in the fit out. Many bespoke features were added, including a timber feature wall in the reception area with illuminated logo signage, bespoke bleacher style seating and a bespoke reception desk to match the feature wall.
New office furniture was supplied throughout, including a modern bench desking system, meeting and conference furniture, breakout furniture and reception soft seating. Such was the popularity of the Jig soft meeting “Cave” from Frovi that we installed on the 2nd floor that the client insisted the 3rd floor should also have one!
This 5,840 sq/ft fit out was completed on time and within budget and to a very high standard, despite a challenging programme of only five weeks. The end result is another fantastic office space for Alteryx to continue their fast growth and another highly satisfied client.
