James Hutchins

Managing Director

The founder of the business, James Hutchins provides strategic planning, direction and leadership to Zentura’s team of passionate individuals.

He is highly commercially aware and has extensive experience working in highly confidential spaces and occupied high risk, business critical environments and likes to invest time engaging with clients at management level supporting with their own strategic planning and feasibility studies, space and workflow evaluations, change management processes and the project planning of workspace changes.

He is passionate believer in the core principle of the business, that “everyone deserves peace of mind” and that people and relationships are far more important than money.

He believes in putting more into the world than he takes out and is involved in several educational and community charities and likes to spend time helping others.

Outside of work, James lives in Aldeburgh on the Suffolk coast with his wife and 2 young children and likes to spend quality time enjoying his surroundings and socialising with his extended family and friends. With friends and family in many countries globally, James enjoys travelling and regularly visits countries as far flung as Australia to spend time with them.

Lloyd Ward, our Client Services Director is responsible for the internal pre-contract team.  He spends his time translating a client’s dream into a reality by providing scaled drawings, visuals and comprehensive quotes.   Lloyd is always ready to listen to feedback and amend the proposals until the client is 100% happy.

Outside work Lloyd enjoys socialising with his friends, eating amazing food, and going for days out with his family.

As part of his management role, Gerry enjoys meeting people, is focused on long term relationships with his clients and likes to keep involved in all stages of communication with our key clients.

Warwick Flint

Head of Client Development

Heading up the Client Development team, Warwick Flint is responsible for development of new commercial projects from initial client brief through all pre-contract stages including strategic planning, design development, technical evaluation, project costing, contract agreement, contractor selection and procurement.

He has extensive product and process knowledge and can skilfully assess risk and advise on best practice, analyse and value engineer processes and cost reports, balance with time and quality requirements, market factors and trends to ensure Zentura provides the best possible value to clients.

Out of work, Warwick enjoys travelling to different countries and socialising with family and friends, preferably on the coast and/or near a BBQ!

Head of Projects

Gregg Ward joined our project management team from within the business in 2013 and has quickly progressed to his current position as Head of Projects. He has overall responsibility for our UK projects and his drive, project management knowledge and ability to hold himself and teams below him accountable make him an invaluable member of the team.

Gregg’s tireless energy and almost fanatical eye for detail ensures Zentura deliver projects on time and to a high quality standard giving our clients peace of mind and leaving them fully satisfied.

Gregg enjoys socialising with his friends and family outside of work.  He is also involved in many charities which he plays a key role in.

As environmental issues become more important, it is vital that any refurbishment project is planned carefully to minimise environmental impact.  We take this very seriously and can provide an environmental analysis of the project, including material selection and energy consumption.
